• Oversee salon operations, including hiring, training, and supervising staff, scheduling shifts, and managing time-off requests.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by handling client inquiries, addressing complaints promptly, and building strong client relationships.
• Manage inventory, procurement, and pricing to optimize profitability and ensure product availability.
• Oversee financial management, including budgeting, expense control, pricing, and payroll administration.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant salon environment adhering to all health and safety regulations.

• In-depth knowledge of beauty trends, particularly within African hair care, braiding, and skincare.

Salary:

• £39,000 per annum
